EVIDENCE BEFORE PROMISES

Measure what the pilot can actually prove.

This page publishes no invented reductions or improvements. Each pilot must agree on its baseline and success criteria.

A FOUNDATION TO START

An understandable queue before a massive platform.

The priority is making the basic journey work under pressure and tying every expansion to real evidence.

A focused start

One queue, one location, and one defined flow are enough to begin validation.

No visitor download

The public demonstration runs in the phone's browser.

A bilingual journey

The content structure maintains parity between Spanish and English.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Define the scope before the pilot.

These answers separate the available experience from capabilities that still need to be built.
Do I need to install special hardware?

The demo does not require it. A real pilot must validate signage, shared devices, and connectivity at each location.

Does the queue send real WhatsApp messages now?

No. Current notices are simulated; the real channel needs configuration, approved templates, and delivery testing.

Can I configure priority queues?

Not in the demo yet. Priority rules must be defined with operational and accessibility criteria.

Does it integrate with my point of sale?

Not generally today. Each integration is planned around the system, available events, and pilot scope.
